GDLauncher refuses to create a simple instance #383
Comments
This is a known issue and has been fixed. Will be released asap |
Cool, thank you. |
The issue seems to pertain to Fabric 1.21.3 using mod loader 0.16.x, on both Windows & macOS I've linked the legacy GDLauncher issues page of people complaining about the same error. They might be unaware that all new issues are now handled in this repository instead. This should help funnel SEO for others having the same issue |
Are there any updates on this? |
Issue also present for 1.21.4 btw |
I did some testing with the new MC version 1.21.4 in combination with different Fabric loader versions. //edit: You can't use most mods with this loader version as all the mods for MC 1.21.4 require loader version 0.16.9+. |
This issue might be solved in an upcoming version. If you want to try it in advance, join our discord and get the beta tester role. Please let me know if it's fixed in the latest snapshot |
I am trying to create a simple fabric instance for minecraft 1.21.3 using 0.16.9 fabric, and no mods for the time being.
GD creates the instance.
But then refuses to launch it.
Creating an instance for the same versions using a modpack is working and launching correctly.
But not an 'empty' instance.
