Getting package error #250

I am getting package error while running the basic program.

cannot find package "code.google.com/p/gogoprotobuf/proto"
cannot find package "code.google.com/p/goprotobuf/proto"

and also this package is now moved to

[(https://github.com/gogo/protobuf)]
so how to run the program as goraft needscode.google.com package to be iincluded
