Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We don't know which errors are returned for which operations.

Describe the solution you'd like
Document errors for each method. We should refer to the gRPC status codes.

Describe alternatives you've considered

"Don't think, feel" is generally good advice but we need good documentations.
