Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Triton will be renamed to Open Saves and we need to migrate to the open-saves-dev GCP projects to run the tests and the CI process.

Describe the solution you'd like
Migrate from triton-for-games-dev to open-saves-dev. There are some outstanding issues before migrating (service accounts keys, cloud builds, etc).
