This allows users to edit the existing strategy and trigger a new run.
Because I figured a user might need to re-edit the strategy a few times, the most recently edited strategy is stored in the local asset store. If "edit and run local" is invoked a second time, TUI will detect that a local strategy already exists, and it will use that as the initial contents.
