Test against static profile #13

Rather than generating the profile each time, allow users to run tests using a stored profile.

gTest -G my_grammar/ R --prof-dir :tsdb/current :mrs

That is, if --prof-dir is specified, use the static profile stored there, otherwise parse and use skeletons from --skel-dir
