Callback based on the components status or events

Thank you very much for the amazing work you have done
Is it possible to add callback functions based on the components status or/and events.
The reason I'm asking for this, that we are missing some callbacks from voice assistant (like on_tts_stream_start and on_tts_stream_end), which I would like to use for my app implementation.
