Names without space after author or rank cannot be parsed #228

We should try to parse names like

Acalypha australis L.var.genuina Nakai
Viburnum plicatum Thunb. var.tomentosum Miq.
Hermbstaedtia odorata var.cf.odorata
Skimmia japonica var.intermedia f.repens

Actually Viburnum plicatum Thunb. var.tomentosum Miq. parses fine, the problem is when there are no spaces between an an author ending with a dot and a rank after it.
