Just a bunch of scripts used to track progress of the Sanger workflows.
To run it:
Change the status.sh script and:
- set the user
- set the correct path to your SSH key
- set the directory where the reports will be stored
Run the "status.sh" script and thn check the contentens of the "reports" directory.
