Is this an instance of metathesis? If so, we can theoretically handle it, but practically, we have to wait until I adjusted the code on that.

If it's a wrong alignment and no real metathesis, then it's easiest to manually correct (but not before I ran another automatic analysis in which the representation of characters has been fixed!)
