需求：

支持按需下载
支持手势缩放

遇到的问题：
已经支持按需下载 http range，分片下载，但是发现必须全部下载完毕之后才会开启手势缩放的能力。

是否可以支持，按需下载+手势缩放，而不是非要把整个 PDF 全部 download 下来
