This is needed ASAP for prototyping work. As such, this feature will be experimental until we can spare a bit more time to test it thoroughly.

We will need to support OpenCV-free BGRA captures #46 using Python 3 #15 #42 on Windows 10. There are a number of changes on the mentioned issue branches that are potentially useful for this work. Also, Xono2L has a customised CMake discovery script for Epiphan SDK that already works on Windows 10.

The experimental-windows branch holds the changes needed for resolving this issue (see #91).
