Please add software requirements.
In particular for Aladin beta.

Users need to know how to set-up software requirements:
right now installation on Ubuntu 16.04 and 14.04 (32 and 64 bit), using repository python modules
ends with an error compiling GW sky:

'dict' object has no attribute 'NUMPY_SETUP'

I was trying to install it on a MacBook, with python from astroconda, but ended up in the same problem.
