There are several packages in the repository that do not install to the /usr file tree (excluding non-stateless packages installing to, say, /etc).

There are more Brother packages that also install to /opt. Given printers, I'm not sure whether this can actually be changed without completely breaking them, but I'll attempt to list them anyway.
