when I remove bot from config, and run intelmqctl stop, the removed bots keep running...

when a bots crashes and dies and another process takes it's PID, intelmqctl can't interpret it's commandline args

if crashed bot processed is not reaped by init system, the zombie stays on and confuses intelmqctl (cant interpret commandline args)
this is problem with docker, container should be run with init: true to reap dead processes
