Steps to Full DuplexMode

• merge functionality client + server

• either run Node->Benchmark() on half of the nodes and add fi_read() to Node->Benchmark() or simply run Node->Benchmark() on all nodes and collect data from all nodes

• after N hosts connected: central node matches hosts and passes on respective hostadress information (fi_info) to each node

• EN/PN wait for hostadress info from CN pass to fi_info() then start connecting and run Node->Benchmark() on signal.

• change './Benchmark cn 0' to './Benchmark' for CN

• change './Benchmark <en/pn> ' to './Benchmark ' for PN / EN
