Implementing Leigh's design where we have a state portal dashboard which provides information on each state and allows user to select state and get the relevant information to render on the sidebar

  • Data sources to be used are in google doc
  • Add a dropdown menu in the sidebar to navigate the existing state portal.
  • Comment out state tag lines for now
  • Creare a box component to show visual for the state portals we created
