Obsoletion notice: redundant glycosaminoglycan metabolic process terms

Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete the following terms, with replacements:

• GO:0030205 dermatan sulfate metabolic process >> replace by GO:0050655 dermatan sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process
• GO:0030208 dermatan sulfate biosynthetic process >> replace by GO:0050651 dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process
• GO:0050652 dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process, chain elongation >> replace by GO:0050651 dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process
• GO:0120541 dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process, enzymatic modification >> replace by GO:0050651 dermatan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process
• GO:0030204 chondroitin sulfate metabolic process [9 direct EXP] >> replace by GO:0050654 chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan metabolic process

• GO:0015014 heparan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process, chain elongation >> replace by GO:0015012 'heparan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process'
• GO:0015015 heparan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process, enzymatic modification >> replace by GO:0015012 'heparan sulfate proteoglycan biosynthetic process'

The reason for obsoletion is that these glycosaminoglycans are not synthesized in other contexts than in proteoglycans, so the sets of merged terms are redundant.
