Obsoletion notice: single-step processes from UniPathway

Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete the following single-step processes:

• GO:0002195 2-methylthio-N-6-(cis-hydroxy)isopentenyl adenosine-tRNA biosynthesis

tRNA maturation; consider: GO:0035597 N6-isopentenyladenosine methylthiotransferase activity & GO:0006400 tRNA modification

• GO:0035998 7,8-dihydroneopterin 3'-triphosphate biosynthetic process

folic acid synthsesis; consider GO:0003933 GTP cyclohydrolase activity and GO:0046656 folic acid biosynthetic process

• GO:0035975 carbamoyl phosphate catabolic process

pyrimidines and arginine synthesis, consider carbamate kinase activity, GO:0006526 arginine biosynthetic process and GO:0019856 pyrimidine nucleobase biosynthetic process

• GO:0097290 alpha-ribazole biosynthetic process
  single step process; consider GO:0043755 alpha-ribazole phosphatase activity & 'GO:0009236 cobalamin biosynthetic process'

The reason for obsoletion is that these represent molecular functions. There are no annotations to these terms; these terms are not in any subsets. These terms were mapped to UniPathway, which is being retired.
