According to the usage the domain should be 'regulation of developmental process' (GO:0050793).

Need subsets: AE_cellular component, AE_cell_or_anatomical

Local domain imported twice.

Added AE_cell_or_anatomical to this and results_in_development_of.

See #45 for discussion of whether cellular_component should be allowed as the object of this relation.
In the ontology we only have single example of usage with cellular_component as object.
