acts_on_population_of - usage and definition

The definition and usage statements for acts_on_population_of are exactly the same: "The relationship that links an entity with a process in which the process has more than one participant that is of the same entity type."

By the looks of it, there needs to be a formal definition written for this.

Did we agree to restrict the local domain of this relation to cell proliferation/homeostasis terms?

Where are you with updating the usage statements of the relations we went through at UCL? It doesn't look like this one has changed yet.
