Extend behave/selenium tests to cover standard release and regular data tests (v2.3)

This is the next step from #176. The idea is to fill out from the start to meet the following use cases:

1. a release setup for AmiGO 2
2. a data testing rig to make sure that expected data is present after a load

There is a lot of overlap between these two.

As well, it would be good to integrate #181 as part of this process.

This is an ongoing process.
