Allow the user to also specify the background gene list for the analysis.

Not the same as #117.

This essentially adds the behavior from the legacy term enrichment tool in the amigo 1.x series:

A solution to this would be a modification to TERP, as well as any engines.

If the user has the subset of genes for the reference set, the PANTHER website, allows users to upload the reference list.
