Add outgoing link capture ability to Google Analytics #169

We'd like to be able to capture the behaviour of users leaving AmiGO (i.e. where do they go afterwards from within the site).

GA does not do this out of the bag, but this could be added:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1136920?hl=en

It could most easily be done by adding this to the linker handler.
