Slack may have changed the location of the incoming webhooks link because it differs from the instructions. I am finding incoming webhooks under The App Directory. Also, the configuration of the webhook url is different:
https://hooks.slack.com/services/[token]

I cannot get the plugin to work. I don't get any indication why. Is this plugin currently being updated?
