Doc needs an update to take into account the new routes scheme in galette

The doc of the plugin feautures old screen copies wich still show "webroot" in the url to access the plugin. I think this should be updated as this will not work anymore.
I don't know if I am allowed to do it myself. Please let me know.

It's done on develop branch for Flarum. I've not been able to install Nexcloud, so I cannot update those screenshots.
