Provide template for tool_panel_section_label in workflow-to-tool or in a different tool

I don't know if it would be useful to someone but I think it would be super cool to be able to run workflow-to-tool but to specify to use (one or more) github repo (for example https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/usegalaxy-eu-tools and https://github.com/galaxyproject/usegalaxy-tools).
Maybe this should not be part of workflow-to-tool but a new command like: set-section-label-from-github...
