项目基于ts开发，采用多仓库模式，由于是基于ts的多仓库，目前存在的问题是开发时必须先启动监听 yarn watch 之后等监听进程运行完成之后再启动 yarn start:dev

有没有方法将两步合并成一步，或者有没有其他基于ts的解决方案，例如 ts-node
