Add a HW output priority list

Add a list where you can set a priority hardware output, at this way when u unplug one device the sound continue in the next priority.
For example, I had 4 sound outputs in my Windows, 3 speakers and 1 headphones, so my priority is headphones, speaker 3, speaker 2, and speaker 1, so when I unplug my headphones I want to keep my music on my speaker 3, when I unplug my speaker 3 continues on speaker, and so on.
