Hello All,

I received an error after firmware update to version 2.32 via the latest Jabra Direct software (5.5.3.7716.0) and it seems that my Jabra Speak 510 is now bricked. The update through Jabra Direct cannot be re-run. Even after installing older Jabra Direct ver 3.12, through Jabra Direct Firmware Udater, the update reaches around 39% and error appears again. My Speak 510 version is 100-43100000-60. The unit remains in DFU mode. I don't know what else to do. The update was carried out from version 2.25 using latest Jabra Direct. No backup dump was created. Please help in solving the issue.
