Nice-to-have: Update to opendjdk-17 as more androids migrate past Android 14

It seems Android has finally upped its java support to openjdk 17, maybe we'll be able to silence some FrostWire Java warnings if we can bring the language level up.

Once we've integrated jlibtorrent 2.0 to FrostWire for Android, we'll try to up the java version and see
if it still works on older androids too, not just the latest Android 14+
