Hi,
I faced an weird issue. We emailed [email protected] and received an answer from [email protected]. This was intended because [email protected] was moved to other office and we should be in contact with [email protected] in future. I saw that freescout should change the conversation customer automatically, based on #1504 and this code. Why I had to change it manually? We use the newest freescout version.

The customer should have been changed. Check the Reply-To header in the incoming email from [email protected].

There wasn’t even mention about [email protected]. I can reproduce the issue by adding two email accounts to mailing app as Outlook and reply to message from [email protected] mailbox using [email protected] account.

It's not quite clear what you are doing. Some screenshots and email headers may help.

You may need to debug it yourself on your server.
