Add Monaca template for vue and webpack

Is there any chance that Monaca template for vue and webpack can be added ?
Monaca itself has a template named framework7-vue-webpack. But it is outdated. It works, but when trying to update vue framework 7 it is no longer able to build). I have also created issue 161 at monaca-cli. But no answer yet.

I just wonder if anyone has taken time to look at this issue. It does not need to be webpack. I was thinking about a new choice in the cli targeting Cordova app with Monaca (targets nativeIOs...)
