[Feature Request] Optional Curio Dependency

For my modpack, I would prefer players to require wearing them in the helmet slot, similar to how vanilla elytra mechanics require it to go in the chestplate slot.

My request is to make Curio API an optional dependency and include in the config to disable Curio requirement.
