MFD: amber boxes not displayed in Flight Number field and CPNY RTE field on INIT A Page before initialisation

Describe the bug

The amber boxes on the FLT NBR and CPNY RTE data entry fields are not present, before entering data on INIT A Page.

Expected behavior

The FLT NBR and CPNY RTE fields should contain amber boxes before the INIT A Page is filled out.

After using CPNY F-PLN Request uplink or manually entering FROM and TO Airports, the CPNY RTE and ALTN RTE fields should display NONE in blue.

And after the first engine start, the NONE indications should then become grey out. Like PULL Request #9749

Steps to reproduce

1. Power up aircraft
2. Select INIT Page A
