Engine still burning fuel when pause at t/d

Describe the bug

using t/d pausing feature but engine still buring fuel and the plane out of fuel made everything shut down ( dev version 4k) 2020 sim

Expected behavior

the aircarft should not burn the fuel while using t/d armed feature

Steps to reproduce

1. armed pause at t/d reach TOD point and look at fuel
