Describe the bug

The Crossfeed Open lights are blank when turned ON.

Expected behavior

The Crossfeed OPEN lights should turn on after a couple of seconds and display in green.

When turning off the Crossfeed Valves, the green OPEN lights should extinguish after a couple of seconds.

The Crossfeed P/B's ON and OPEN lights indications do illuminate when the ANN lights switch is set to TEST Postion.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open all 4 Crossfeed Valves.
