Feature request: add per-channel volume control

Each channel on Youtube is recorded at different level. I propose to add an additional volume control alongside the main one that regulates the volume of a particular channel. The setting should be saved after closing and opening the app.

The channel volume bar should support "boost", i.e. volume above 100%, perhaps up to 600%. The resulting volume should equal channel volume times master volume.
