Express config file line needs to be commented out #10

In the ElementalX-N5-4.04-express version, config/elementalx.conf has an intended comment line that should really be commented out. Lines 9-10:

##### Global Vibration Strength #####
Enter vibration strength (0 to 100).  Default is 63.

Line 10 needs to start with #

##### Global Vibration Strength #####
# Enter vibration strength (0 to 100).  Default is 63.

One more issue, lines 157-161:

##### Undervolt Settings #####
# 1=stock 2=750mV (default) 3=725mV
# 4=700mV 5=675mV 6=650mV 7=625mV

UV=1

2 is listed as the default but UV is set to 1. Should the comment be updated or the UV value to make it consistent?
