Logfiles too big #14

On neo4j version 3.5.13 the size of the logfiles can be reduces with this settings in neo4j.conf:

dbms.checkpoint.interval.time=30s
dbms.checkpoint.interval.tx=1
dbms.tx_log.rotation.retention_policy=false
dbms.tx_log.rotation.size=1M
