Usage data - questions from RW feedback
Q1: Is it possible to see the type of search / what terms were most popular?
A1: Popular search terms may be included in the NetX monthly reports. We will check & if so, can archive reports alongside the info below.
Q2: Is it possible to keep track of page visits and downloads?
A2: Yes - these usage stats for the public portal can be collected in a similar way as the stats for the in-house DAMS
Q3: Will the data be available for internal departments?
A3: Yes -- via EMu Event 9853
