Subject Keywords - Controlled Vocabs?

NetX/EMu MM Working Group can recommend standards updates and controlled vocabs in this Discussion.

From RW portal feedback:

• Is there an approved vocabulary of the Subject field?
• If so, where are the approved terms?
• How and when were the terms approved and determined?

Current Subject/Keyword Standards

The standardized workflow was approved & last modified ~2021 as part of the emultimedia Standards Working group

Recommended Data Cleanup

Based on standards/vocabs, data cleanup will be planned. For a start:

1. Values to migrate from DetSubject_tab:
   • Subject/Parts in DetSubject_tab → AudSubjectPart_tab
   • Subject Orientations/Angles/Views → AudSubjectOrientation
