Issue Description

      request:
        name: SomeGetRequest
        query-parameters:
          text:
            type: boolean
            default: true
            docs: Whether to include text

yields

@RequestParam("text") Boolean text

but should yield

@RequestParam(value = "text", defaultValue = "true") Boolean text
