Issue Description

We use release please to version our APIs and one of the requirements is that all PR titles must be Conventional Commits

I'd really love to get an option in the generators.yml github block to either define my own PR title template, or an option for conventional commits.

Additional Context (Optional)

Here is my initial idea for the format: chore(:herb:): fern regeneration -- <iso 8601 date or timestamp>
