IDE: Persist the open/close state of folders in the file tree #80

So we don't have to reopen them when having to restart the IDE.

Ideally, that kind of state -who doesn't have any impact on the compilation- should be kept inside a separate file than could be added to .gitignore so commits don't get polluted by project.json's changes related to someone just playing around with folders.
