Business Reason

As a user, I want to be able to view different security consent text depending on which environment I am logged in to, so that the consent text applies to my region (DEV, STAGE, TEST, PROD)

Acceptance Criteria

Given the security consent page

When I view the text in one region (ex: DEV)

And I view the text in another region (ex: STAGE)

Then the security consent text is different

[Note: goal here is to ensure that PROD can be different from DEV, TEST, and STAGE]
