UX PI 14: Update Transaction Experience

Goal:

To Design an updated user-centered transaction experience that saves user data and session continuity during form interactions, and provides clear, timely notifications of updates, validations, and potential session impacts.

Tasks:

• Design a “Save Draft” feature prototype to allow users to store progress during their sessions. Design Validation cues that make sense to users.

Design

Context: Enhance the user experience by preventing unexpected timeouts or cache-related issues, ensuring data is saved and processes remain uninterrupted. Implementing draft-saving functionality could be a potential solution, and user surveys can help assess the need for these improvements. Additionally, explore ways to personalize session control, tailoring the experience for individual users to further improve workflow continuity and prevent disruptions. Cookies must be turned on.
