Context: We need to identify timely and relevant help/guidance throughout the report creation process. What are the critical pain points across the report creation journey?

Shannon Clark commented: I believe these are related because @jonella [~accountid:61b0b42cc510bc006b5c03ed] wanted the glossary to be integrated within the work flow. I have wires for that but they have not been approved.
