What we're after:
Conduct additional usability testing with external legal customers to get a better understanding of some of their main concerns. Better understand their experiences with:

  • Navigation to legal search systems
  • Research methods
  • Missing functionality (some reported already for MURs and ADRs, etc)
  • Possible broken functionality
  • Confusing language or functionality

Completion criteria:

  • Document research and takeaways

Future work:

  • Followup ticket to make updates to the global legal search system
