What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

Would like to be able to link to the presidential public funding regs as single unit.

For example:
11 CFR 9001-9007, 9012 - all of these relate to the public funding of general election presidential nominees but would have to be linked separately

11 CFR 9031-9039 - Each of these as it is now has to be linked separately - but they all relate to the presidential primary matching fund process. Right now to get people to all of them, have to link to the main regs page.

For both these sections of regs, it would be great to have something similar to what we've got for part 100. That way, we can link these sections of the rules separately without having to link each single regulation.

General feedback?

Putting this in feedback as it's a nice to have rather than an immediate need. Was working on fecgov/fec-cms#1750
